Deposit and payment: To reserve Climb On! for your next event or party, we require a 50% deposit payable by check or money order. Full payment is due on the day of the event.

Additional Fees: Transportation is free for Marin County, East Bay, and the city of San Francisco. Other areas will be assessed an additional fee based on mileage from San Rafael, California.

Cancellations:
Due to the amount of pre-planning and high demand, deposits are non-refundable.

Weather: Deposit is non-refundable* due to inclement weather the day of the event, unless an alternative indoor site is chosen.
*The deposit can be re-applied w/in 6 months to your next event date.
